This matter comes before the Court subsequent to the Order of September 14,1981, dismissing the complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief filed by plaintiff on August 27, 1981 in Civil Action No. N-81-218, because of plaintiff’s failure to exhaust his administrative remedies before the Air Force Board of Correction of Military Records (the “Correction Board”).
