MOORE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment rendered against appellant upon a promissory note. Appellee-Bank filed suit against appellant to recover the unpaid balance due on the note and for interest and attorneys’ fees. The bank alleged in its first amended original petition that it was the present owner and holder of said note and that the sum of $6,363.10 was due, owing and unpaid. A copy of the note was attached thereto and marked as Exhibit “A”. Attached to the petition was an affidavit sworn to by one of the attorneys for the bank. Omitting the formal parts of the…
