In this personal use holdover proceeding the respondent Carmen Rodriguez1 has moved this court for an order granting summary judgment pursuant to CPLR 3212 on the following grounds:(1) that the petition fails to state the facts upon which the proceeding is based;(2) that the petitioners failed to serve the respondents with the notice of nonrenewal at least 90 days before the expiration of their rent-stabilized lease; and
