delivered the opinion of the court:

Robert Simpson, of Evanston, died on June 22, 1914. He had executed an instrument purporting to be his will on March 11, 1914. His heirs were his five daughters and two sons. Two of the daughters, one of the sons and John F. Boyer, a stranger, were nominated executors. These persons filed a petition in the probate court of Cook county for the probate of the will on August 4, 1914, in which they stated that they were willing to accept and undertake the trust confided to them in the will and prayed that the will might be considered for…
