This action was commenced by appellee, Mt. Vernon Lumber Co., Inc., which filed its complaint against appellants, Payton Harris and Maybelle Harris, husband and wife, and one Jerry LaChance, wherein appellee sought to foreclose a mechanic’s lien against property owned by the Harrises as tenants by the entirety, for materials furnished at the instance and request of LaChance.
