Defendant, Frank Woertman, appeals a judgment of conviction entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of one count of sexual assault on a child. He contends that the trial court erred in denying a number of his motions, in permitting certain testimony, in granting only in part his motion for a bill of particulars and to compel election of a specific act, in denying the defense access to expert witness records, in upholding the constitutionality of § 13-25-129, C.R.S.
