MEMORANDUM OPINION

GLEN M.'WILLIAMS, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a resident of Alaska, brought suit in the District Court of Alaska against defendants, all residents of Virginia, for injuries she sustained on the campus of Virginia Intermont College on April 15, 1985 when a roof access hatch cover blew off during stormy weather. On motion by defendants, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), the case was transferred to the Western District of Virginia wherein venue and jurisdiction were proper, 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
