This is an action against Conrad J. Wieter, doing business as Wieter Truck Service, by the Administrator under section 205 (a), (c) and (e) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 925 (a), (c), (e), to recover alleged overcharges for intrastate trucking services and for an injunction to restrain future violations of the Act and regulations thereunder.
