This matter comes before the court on a series of motions filed by the plaintiff in this adversary proceeding. The first motion seeks to have this Court reconsider and vacate its earlier order granting the debtor defendant’s motion under Bankruptcy Rule 9024 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) vacating a default judgment the court had entered against the debtor in this proceeding.
