(after stating the facts). The records show that the lands in controversy between appellant and appellee Hill were entered as a homestead in 1872, and that final certificate was issued in 1879; that the lands in the case of appellant against appellee Ash were entered as a homestead in 1873, and that final certificate was issued on this land in 1878; and that the lands in the case of appellant against appellee Wilmoth were entered by cash entry August 22, 1860, and the evidence shows that the final certificate would bear that date.
