Appellees are directors of the special school district designated as Higginson Special ■School District of .White County, Arkansas, which was created by act No. 88 of the legislative session of the year 1907. Appellants are owners of property in the district and patrons of the school, one of them being a director. Appellees, as directors of the district, are about to issue and sell negotiable 'bonds in the sum of $20,000, and this is an action instituted by appellants to restrain the issuance of the bonds.
