STEWART, Justice.
George Arlen Wilson appeals his conviction for the offense of indecency with a child and sentence of ten years’ confine- . ment. In three grounds of error, he challenges the court’s refusal to try the issue of guilt before a jury and the sufficiency of the evidence. Because we agree that the court should have granted a jury trial, we reverse and remand the case for a new trial.
