This matter comes to the Court on plaintiffs’ resisted motion for a preliminary injunction, a motion to stay proceedings filed by Defendant Lyng and joined by Defendant Norman, and a subsequent motion to dismiss filed by Defendant Lyng and joined by Defendant Norman. 1 Defendant Norman has also filed a motion to join Local 1142 of the United Food and Commercial Workers as a necessary and indispensable party under Rule 19.
