O'Connor v. Ronnie Cab Corp.

In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for wrongful death, etc., the defendants Barma Taxi, Inc., and Saifur Rah-man appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Velasquez, J.), entered June 23, 2015, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs payable to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
