This is an appeal from the refusal of the trial court to order an accounting from other participants in a joint venture. We affirm.

Cedars Corporation, owned and controlled by Edward E. Milder, initially filed its petition against Jacob J. and Willard J. Friedman and the Valley Ho Corporation, seeking an accounting of their management of Sun Valley Development Company, the joint venture. A demurrer was sustained for the failure to include necessary parties. Plaintiff thereupon filed an amended petition naming the Valley Ho Corporation and all the other corporations as defendants.
