Suit by the appellee against the appellant. The plaintiff was a school teacher, and as such taught the defendant’s children on a subscription. The defendant, refusing to pay the plaintiff her bill, she sued him for the amount of it before one Solomon B. Brady, a justice of the peace, and *2on trial, had judgment. The defendant appealed to the Circuit Court, where, upon trial of the cause, the plaintiff again recovered.
