—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree (Penal Law § 220.18 *963[1]). We reject the contention of defendant that the search warrant for his apartment was issued on less than probable cause. The warrant application establishes probable cause to believe that defendant was storing cocaine in the apartment for sale from his retail store located downstairs.
