SNELL, Justice.

Applicant, Minnie Bader, appeals from the denial of her application for postconviction relief. She asserts that the trial court erred in revoking her probation. We reverse and remand.

Minnie Bader was charged with sixty-four counts of securities fraud and theft in connection with a “Ponzi” scheme she operated through a corporation known as Center City Funding, Inc., and its affiliated entities.
