Decision Denying Confirmation of the Debtors’ Chapter 13 Plan

I. Introduction
The issue before the court is whether the debtors’ Chapter 13 plan should be confirmed. For the reasons set forth below, the court finds that it should not be confirmed.
The following constitutes the court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7052. The findings of fact are derived from Mr. and Mrs. McDonald’s (the “Debtors”) testimony and the record in this matter.
