In an action, inter alia, to recover a real estate brokerage commission, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kohn, J.), entered July 5, 1995, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) a judgment of the same court, entered July 26, 1995, which is in favor of the defendants and against him.
Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed; and it is further,
Ordered that the defendants are awarded one bill of costs.
