Petitioner Pedro Gil seeks review of the decision of the Third District Court of Appeal in State v. Gil, 68 So.3d 999 (Fla. 3d DCA 2011), on the basis that it expressly and directly conflicts with the decisions of other district courts of appeal on a question of law. We have jurisdiction. Art.
