Plaintiff’s suit was dismissed on an exception of no right or cause of action. The judgment was rendered on June 20,1932, and signed on June 24, 3932. On June 20, 1933, plaintiff, by motion, obtained an order for an appeal returnable to this court on August 14, 1933.
