This Chapter 13 case is before the court on the debtor’s motion to vacate an order of dismissal. The case was dismissed on the ground that the debtor failed to file a certificate, required by 11 U.S.C. § 521(b), stating that she had received a credit counseling briefing required by 11 U.S.C. § 109(h)(1).
