Before this Court is the appeal brought .by Springton Pointe, LP (Developer), of the July 18, 2016 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County (Trial Court) reversing the November 17, 2015 approval by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors (Board) of Developer’s final planned residential development (PRD) plan for the construction of 268 dwelling units to be known as the “Cottages at State College.” In -appealing to this Court, Developer has preserved its challenge to the Trial Court’s March 16, 2016 order denying Developer’s motion to…
