ESCHBACH, Senior Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from the district court’s denial of the appellant’s § 2255 motion to withdraw his guilty plea. The appellant had pleaded guilty to one count of a multi-count indictment, alleging fraud against a farm credit agency, and to a one-count information, alleging false statements in securing loans and loan extensions. He was sentenced to three years imprisonment on Count 29 of the indictment and to a five year suspended sentence on the one-count information.
