This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when her eastbound automobile and defendant’s northbound streetcar collided in the intersection of Page Avenue and defendant’s Plodiamont right of way in St. Louis. Plaintiff’s case was submitted to the jury on negligence of defendant in moving its streetcar north-wardly on its north-south Hodiamont right of way into Page Avenue, an east-west street, in violation of an ordinance providing for the observance of signals displayed by officially installed traffic control devices.
