Appeal by the defendant from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Heller, J.), dated September 9, 1985, which denied his motion to dismiss a statement charging him with violation of the conditions of a sentence of probation imposed upon his conviction of attempted robbery in the second degree, and (2) an amended judgment of the same court, rendered September 11, 1985, upon his plea of guilty to violation of probation, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of lVs to 4 years’ imprisonment.
