Petitioner has appealed from this court’s order dated June 17, 1963, dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. This opinion is therefore filed in accordance with and pursuant to the mandate set forth in Superior Court Rule No. 46.

The petitioner sets forth broad general allegations that he was arrested in violation of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution and articles 1 and 9 of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
