Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Frederic S. Berman, J., on speedy trial motion; Richard C. Failla, J., at trial and sentence), rendered May 9, 1989, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of bail jumping in the second degree and sentencing him, as a predicate felon, to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 2 to 4 years, unanimously affirmed.
