This matter comes before the court for hearing on the petition of Theresa L. Brumbaugh, seeking appointment as plenary guardian of the person and estate of Paul R. Acker. The petition was filed on December 10, 1999. Depositions of Dr. Robert P. Bridenbaugh and Dr. Catherine Selth Spayd were taken on January 19, 2000, and April 12, 2000, respectively.
