MAUS, Presiding Judge.
In this action, Dickman Aviation Services, Inc. (Dickman, Inc.) and Daniel Dick-man, insureds under a policy of liability insurance, seek to recover from United States Fire Insurance Co. (U.S. Fire), the insurer, $11,500.00 which Dickman, Inc. paid in satisfaction of a judgment against it. The trial court entered a summary judgment against Dickman, Inc. and Daniel Dickman.
