DECISION

LeTARTE, Chief Judge:

Consonant with his pleas, the accused was convicted of larceny and carrying a concealed weapon, in violation of Articles 121 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921, 934, and was sentenced to be discharged from the service with a bad conduct discharge.

Appellate defense counsel have invited our attention to three assignments of error submitted in the accused’s behalf by trial defense counsel and have asserted two additional errors for our consideration. We perceive no merit in counsel’s contentions that the military judge erred in failing to…
