Plaintiff-Appellant Joseph DelGreco & Co. (“JDG”) appeals from a judgment entered on October 2, 2012 by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Engelmayer, /.). That judgment enforced a Memorandum and Order dated October 1, 2012, which granted the motion of Defendant-Appellee DLA Piper L.L.P.
