This application in an election matter1 was brought before the court on April 1, 1980 by plaintiffs for an order seeking relief from the fixing by defendant Fair Lawn borough clerk of the June 3, 1980 primary election date as the date for a referendum to allow the registered voters in Fair Lawn to vote on a proposed change of government in Fair Lawn. Based on the nature of the relief sought, this court considered plaintiffs’ application for relief in aid of the judgment heretofore entered by the court on January 18, 1980.
