Decedent died March 26, 1942, leaving a last will and testament by the terms of which portions of his property were left to his widow, applicant here. Applicant was incompetent, and her guardian being dissatisfied with certain provisions of the will gave notice of his determination to take the provisions made for the widow under the laws of descent instead of those made for her by the will. The executor listed as an asset of the estaté a diamond necklace and a diamond brooch appraised at $300 each, and the guardian of the widow filed with the county court the widow’s separate .inventory…
