In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Rebolini, J.), dated January 23, 2015, which denied its motion to set aside a foreclosure sale.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiff commenced this action to foreclose a mortgage on certain property located in Ocean Beach. The plaintiff obtained a judgment of foreclosure and sale in August 2014.
