The plaintiff, Robert Flesh brought this action alleging improper closure of various School Board meetings by the defendant School District. The District Court, Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County, entered summary judgment in favor of the School District for all meetings occurring more than 30 days prior to filing of the complaint and after a bench trial entered findings of fact, conclusions of law and order directing entry of judgment in favor of the defendant School District on closure of the School Board meeting of August 19, 1987.
