This is an appeal by Otto Bachman (appellant) from the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Bern Township, Berks County, Pa., denying the relocation of a nonconforming use from one portion of a tract of land to another portion of the tract.
Subsequent to a hearing held February 22, 1980, the board issued written findings of fact and conclusions of law in addition to its formal decisions. The board found, inter alia, the following facts:
