Plaintiff Alexander Felde III, formerly the fire chief in the Town of Brookfield (“Town”), brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the Town, Town supervisors, members of the Town Police and Fire Commission, the Town Administrator and a captain on the Town Fire Department, alleging that they violated his right to due process by discharging him without notice and a hearing.
