Appellant Charles Rodgers appeals from his conviction for rape and his sentence to life imprisonment. He asserts three points on appeal. We find no error and affirm the judgment of conviction.

The facts are garnered from the testimony at trial. On June 8, 2002, at 3:30 a.m., Lillian Adams was awakened by a knock on the door of her home. When she opened the door, she found Rodgers, her live-in boyfriend for two years.
