This is an appeal from the verdict of a jury and judgment thereon finding that the will of Alice M. Woodward, deceased, was her last will and testament. Her death occurred December 18, 1944. She was then 76 years of age. The will was executed February 1, 1943. Its provisions. *272appointed proponent, Byron Stall, a half brother, as executor, established a $500 trust fund for a niece of testatrix, and devised the residue of her substantial estate to two nephews, sons of proponent.
