| lAppellant Jessie Lee Miller’s suspended imposition of sentence (SIS) was revoked after the trial court found that he had violated the conditions of his SIS by committing the offenses of vehicular fleeing, fleeing on foot, and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. Miller was sentenced by the trial court to ten years’ imprisonment, followed by a five-year SIS.
