1, 2. The first two headnotes need no elaboration.

It appears from the evidence in the record that .the only contested issue upon the trial was as to the sufficiency of the bond given by the foreign guardian for the transfer to him of the property of the minors in this State. While it was shown that the amount of this bond was less than the aggregate value of the property in this State belonging to the wards, we are clearly of opinion that the judge was authorized to find from the evidence that the applicant had made a bona fide effort to give bond in the amount…
