OPINION AND ORDER
WILLIAM C. CONNER, Senior District Judge:
Plaintiffs bring this action on behalf of all individuals who purchased common stock of The Leslie Fay Co., Inc. (“Leslie Fay”) between March 28, 1991 and April 5, 1993 (the “Class Period”). The amended complaint alleges violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder.
