Midwest Regional Credit Union (“Midwest”) appeals an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas finding that the value of Juan Carlos De Anda-Ramirez and Jennifer Nicole De Anda’s (the “Debtors”) vehicle is equal to the Kelley Blue Book (“KBB”) private party value, not the KBB retail value. For the reasons set forth below, the decision of the bankruptcy court is AFFIRMED.
