MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

WADDY, District Judge.

On December 5, 1968, this Court granted the defendant’s motion for a directed verdict at the close of plaintiffs’ case and announced that it would later file a memorandum opinion setting forth the reasons for its action. On December 10, 1968, before the memorandum opinion was prepared, plaintiffs filed a motion for a new trial. Inasmuch as the motion for a new trial reiterates one of the arguments made at the hearing of the motion for a directed verdict, and the Court having concluded that the motion *175for a new trial should be denied, this opinion…
