This matter came on for hearing on September 26, 1996, upon Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Response to Interrogatories 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 and Requests for Production 2, 3,4,11,12, 13,14,15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,22, 23, 24, 30, and 31.
