Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 31, 1964 after a jury trial, convicting him of criminally concealing and withholding stolen and Avrongfully acquired property, as a felony, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. This appeal brings up for review the court’s denial, after a hearing, of.the defendant’s motion to suppress the evidentiary use of the alleged fruits of the crime on the ground that they were obtained by the police pursuant to an ■illegal search and seizure.
