This was a proceeding on the part of the appellees against the appellants to revoke the probate and contest the validity of the will of Frederick Prebster, deceased, on the ground that the testator was at the time of the execution thereof of unsound mind.

Leach, the executor, answered in three paragraphs; first, the general denial; second, that the testator was of sound mind at the time of the execution of the will; third, that Mrs. Prebster, the widow of the deceased, was estopped from contesting the validity of said will, because she had, subsequent to the probate thereof, received from him…
