MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
KRAVITZ, District Judge.
In this action, Plaintiffs — two individual voters, a political party, and various public interest groups — claim that Connecticut’s election law violates their First and Fourteenth Amendment rights to equal protection, to vote, to associate, and to engage in political speech, because Connecticut requires voters who wish to cast a ballot for non-presidential offices to register to vote in advance of election day.
